H4L Dashboard is a free service that shows amateur-radio stations live on the web. By creating an account and using it, you agree to the terms below.

Your responsibility

You may only register and use callsigns you are the rightful holder of. Callsigns are not verified — the service trusts you on this.
You are solely responsible for everything you publish (callsign pages, event text, photos, captions) and for keeping your API keys private.
You must comply with your national amateur-radio regulations and applicable law.

Disclaimer

H4L Dashboard and its operator are not responsible or liable for any misuse of the service, nor for the content users publish, its accuracy, or any consequences of using the service. The service is provided “as is”, without any warranty, and may be changed, interrupted or discontinued at any time.

Enforcement — what we do about abuse

While the operator is not responsible for misuse, action is taken against it. In case of abuse — such as registering a callsign that is not yours, impersonation, illegal or offensive content, or attempts to disrupt the service — the operator may, at its discretion:

block or delete the account and all its data;
release the callsign so its rightful holder can claim it;
remove or hide any content.

A callsign that is already taken can be requested from its current holder via the request takeover option; the holder decides — there is no automatic transfer.

Privacy

Only the data you enter is stored (account email, callsigns, feeds, pages and photos). Your email address is never shown publicly and is not revealed to other users, including in takeover requests. Deleting your account permanently removes all of your data.
